Mandatory Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or any other recognized graduate degree from a recognized University/Institute.
Mandatory Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Experience in managing official social media platforms such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Experience in creating and scheduling social media content, campaign planning and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) and preparing performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Preferred and Desirable
- Preference may be given to candidates with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Social Media Management.
- Experience in graphic design/video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar software will be preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media trends and digital advertising will be an added advantage.
- Desirable: experience of handling social media accounts for Government Departments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or reputed organizations.
- Desirable: certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent.
Other Conditions
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Preference may be given to local candidates and/or candidates with relevant experience in the same or similar department, subject to the Client's requirements.
- Candidates previously engaged by BECIL and/or the Client are not eligible if their services were terminated, discontinued or not renewed because of disciplinary action, misconduct, unsatisfactory performance or violation of contractual terms.

Service Conditions
- The engagement is purely on contract basis, with deployment in the Ministry of Mines, Government of India.
