  • Online registration started on 1 October 2026 (afternoon).
  • You need a graduation degree with at least 45% marks (5% relaxation for eligible reserved categories, women and EWS candidates from Bihar) and a graduation degree in Library Science.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Only one application per candidate is allowed.
  • No correction is allowed after the admit card is issued.
  • The form is accepted only through the official portal and only with online fee payment.
  • Only Bihar residents can claim the 5% marks relaxation for reserved categories and women.
  • Late applications may not be accepted, so submit well before 21 October 2026.

How to Apply Online for BSEB School Librarian Eligibility Test 2026

  1. Go to sletregistration.cbrt.co.in. Keep a working email ID and mobile number ready.
  2. Register by entering basic details, click Generate OTP, enter the OTP and complete registration. Your user ID and password will be sent by SMS.
  3. Log in and fill in your personal and educational details.
  4. Upload your photograph, signature and required documents.
  5. Use the Preview option, check every detail, correct errors and click Save. Take care not to select EBC instead of EWS, or the reverse.
  6. Pay the fee online.
  7. Download and keep a printed copy of the completed form. Do not send the paper form to the Board.
