- Shortlisting by the Screening Committee based on advertised terms
- Screened-in candidates may be requested to send an audio-recorded PPT presentation detailing ongoing research areas and future plans

- Final interviews by the Selection Committee
- Selection shall be made based on two rounds of interviews
