Deputation Eligibility Criteria
- Officers under Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, Public Sector Undertakings, Recognized Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations.
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; OR with 5 years regular service in posts in Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 or equivalent.
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute or degree of Associate Member of Institute of Engineering in Civil Engineering (AMIE enrolled up to 31.05.2013); and 10 years experience in the relevant field of Engineering in Government Sector.
- Desirable Qualification: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Period of Deputation: One year, which can be extended for a period of three years.

- Photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary or equivalent.
- Cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and integrity certificate (Annexure-II) certified by an officer of the rank of Under Secretary or equivalent.
- Supporting certificates and documents in support of qualification and experience claimed.
