- Graduates/Postgraduates from IITs, IIMs, National Law Universities, IISER, NIDs, IIITs, and IISc.
- Candidates holding qualifications such as CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MBA or equivalent, MPhil, and PhD.
- Candidates already undergoing any skill, apprenticeship, internship, or training program under Central or State Government schemes.
- Candidates who have completed apprenticeship or training under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) at any point.
- Candidates whose family income exceeds ₹12 lakh in the preceding financial year, as on the date of submission of application.
- Candidates with any family member who is a permanent/regular government employee.
- The following categories of candidates are not eligible to apply under this scheme:
