Declaration of Results of Dissertation Programme July - December 2026 CSIR - Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology, Bhubaneswar - 751013 NOTE 1. The students are allowed to do Summer Internship by Offline mode only. Note that the summer internship duration is minimum 8 weeks. 2. Students are instructed to send a confirmation e - mail to coordinator ( [email protected] ) and respective guide reg a rding their participation by 30 th June 2026 . No request will be allowed after the due date. 3. All the selected students are request to fill the Annexure I &II (provided below), get it signed from respective guide and HOD of Guide’ department and submit the final filled Annexure 1 to coordinator. 5. All the selected students are requested to get the Annexure - II I (Provided Below) signed from College/University if there is an internal guide from the College/University. 6. Note that one copy of duly filled Annexure 1 should be retained by the student for ga te pass and also submit one copy to the respective guide. 7.
