About DIC DevOps
- Digital India Corporation is a 'not for profit' company under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013, set up by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India. The organisation spearheads the Digital India programme and is involved in promoting the use of technology for e-Governance/e-Health / Telemedicine, e-agriculture, e-Payments etc.

DIC DevOps Job Description
- Experience in managing and maintaining cloud-enabled applications in Dev/UAT/Production environments.
- Server management, including provisioning, setup, scaling, performance monitoring, bandwidth management, and latency optimisation.
- Application security management, including vulnerability management, access controls, firewall/WAF configuration, intrusion detection, encryption, security audit support, and incident response.
- Experience in cloud security controls, including IAM, TLS/HTTPS-based secure communication, data encryption at rest and in transit, API gateway security, and regular security testing support.
- Experience in scalability and high availability, including horizontal scaling, auto-scaling, load balancing, redundancy, caching, CDN, database replication, and fault tolerance.
- Monitoring and logging experience using cloud monitoring tools, centralized logging, structured logs, log rotation, alerting, and troubleshooting through logs/metrics correlation.
- Backup and disaster recovery experience, including data backup, verification, redundancy, restoration, DR planning, and business continuity support.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and scalable deployment environments, supported by published case studies, technical blogs, or open-source contributions.

- The position is purely temporary in nature for the project of Digital India Corporation and the appointees shall not derive any right or claim for permanent appointment at Digital India Corporation or on any vacancies existing or that shall be advertised for recruitment by Digital India Corporation in future.
- Candidates already in regular or contractual employment under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel or attach a 'No Objection Certificate' from the employer concerned with the application OR produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
- DIC reserves the right to fix a higher threshold of qualifications and experience for screening and limiting the number of candidates for interview.
- The place of posting shall be in Delhi/NCR but transferable to project locations of Digital India Corporation as per existing policy of Digital India Corporation.
- Any candidate found debarred, blacklisted, or convicted of offences involving moral turpitude shall not be eligible.
- If any information furnished by the candidate is found false or suppressed at any stage, the candidature/appointment shall stand cancelled without notice.
- The maximum age shall be as on the last date of receipt of the applications.
