- Applications must be sent in a sealed envelope superscribed with the name of the post applied for and the name of the Primary Forest Produce Cooperative Society. The application must be sent via registered post or speed post to:
- Office of the Managing Director, District Minor Forest Produce Co-operative Union Limited, In Front of P.T.S. (Police Training School), Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, Pin Code - 491441.

Posts, Eligibility and Pay
- Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification is Higher Secondary (10+2) passed. The candidate must be a resident of the area of the respective Primary Forest Produce Cooperative Society. The candidate must belong to a tendu patta collector family that has collected a minimum of 500 standard bags of tendu leaves in each year for at least three years out of the preceding five years, supported by a self-attested copy of the tendu patta collection card. Knowledge of computers is also mandatory.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of 1 January 2027. Age relaxation is applicable up to 5 years for SC, ST, and OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates of Chhattisgarh. Female candidates receive an upper age relaxation of up to 10 years as per Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Special Provisions for Appointment of Women) Rules 1997. Additional age relaxations apply to ex-servicemen and inter-caste marriage promotion scheme beneficiaries as per government rules. The maximum age with all relaxations shall not exceed 45 years in any case.

- Self-attested copy of caste certificate issued by a competent authority (for SC, ST, and OBC candidates).
- Self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates for High School (10th), Higher Secondary (10+2), graduation, and computer degree/diploma/certificate from a recognised institution.
- Self-attested copies of tendu patta collection cards for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
- Employment exchange registration certificate with live registration number and date.
- No Objection Certificate from employer (if working in government, semi-government, corporation, or board).
- Proof of being an ex-serviceman (if applicable).
- Identity proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or any one).
