- Empaneled block / district level trainers (DLTs/BLTs), Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, MBA, graduates who are conversant with functioning of banks for micro-enterprise loans.
- Active women SHG member for last 3 years in the same block from the date of issue of notice.
- The applicant must be valid/registered voter as per the current electoral roll.
Written Test (MCQ based)
- Carries 60 Marks, covering General Knowledge, English & Math of Class X standard, Reasoning, Current Affairs, and NRLM Concept etc.
Computer Test
- Carries 30 Marks, covering MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Personal Interview
- Carries 10 Marks.

DMMU WBSRLM Block Level Mentor Important Instructions
- Engagement of the Mentor may be terminated or discontinued by the competent authority in case of non-performance, rude behaviour, misconduct, or any other unsatisfactory conduct.
