Pay and Terms of Engagement
- One-year probation in Pay Matrix Level 10; then absorbed as Assistant Manager on the same scale
- Service agreement bond: probation of 1 year plus at least 3 years, 4 years in all
- Bond amount Rs 5,00,000 for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS and Rs 2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD, plus applicable interest
