Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Contractual basis for a period of one year
- Renewable for additional period of one year/till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/other conditions

- ESM candidates: PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card, AWPO Registration Certificate, Degree Certificate of Trade proficiency
- One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents and 01 PP size colour photographs at interview
