- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have retired from Central Government Ministries or Departments having experience of functioning in Government bodies, specifically having retired from Non-S&T (Group B) posts at ASO Level (Level 6).
- Age Limit: Not more than 63 years of age as on the last date of receipt of application (10 November 2026).
