Notice Dated:13.08.2026 Whereas, vide rejection Notice dated 23.07.2026 candidature of one candidate, namely, Mr. Yawar Ali, next in order of merit/category was rejected on the reasons specified in the notice, with a opportunity to make an appeal before the Appellate Authority of the Commission; Whereas, in response to the ibid Notice, Mr. Yawar Ali chose not to appeal within stipulated time; Whereas, the documents of the candidate next in order of merit/category, namely, Mr. Kashif Hassan Roll No. 7400032, was scrutinized, against the rejection of candidate notified vide Notice dated 23.07.2026; Whereas, upon scrutiny of the documents submitted by the requisite prescribed qualification for the post; Now, therefore, the candidature of Mr.
