HCI Job Description – Manager (Purchase)
- Report to the Head of MMD/In-charge MMD, HCI.
- Responsible for ensuring that all required items are sourced and no wastage or stock-out situation arises as per laid out SOPs.
- Ensure that the items reach the user department timely as per the prescribed quality and standard.
- Adhere to the Company Purchase Manual, GFR (General Financial Rules), CVC Guidelines, MSE/Make in India norms and Audit readiness (Internal/Statutory /CAG).
- Experience in procurement of materials, preparation of purchase requisitions, vendor management, comparative statement preparation, negotiation, and purchase order management.
Junior Sous Chef
- Reporting to the Executive Chef.
- Responsible for preparing the dishes as per laid-out SOPs and on a timely basis as per the day’s schedule and menu.
Commis-I (Indian)
- Reporting to the Sous Chef.
- Responsible for preparing the dishes as per laid-out SOPs and on a timely basis as per the day’s schedule and menu.
Commis-I (Bakery & Confectionery)
- Reporting to the Sous Chef.
