HPNLU Counsellor Job Description
- Devote whole time to the duties assigned by the University and not engage directly or indirectly in any trade, business or occupation on own account.
- Maintain appropriate records of students in physical and digital form, transfer them to the University administration from time to time, and hand over the data to the Registrar at the end of the engagement.
- Keep strict confidentiality of all records of students and employees disclosed in sessions. The notice says confidentiality may be broken if there is risk of harm to self or others, student or elder abuse, or genuine threats, with information shared in emergencies only with prior approval of the Competent Authority.
