The appointment is made purely on a temporary and contractual basis, initially for a period of one year. This tenure is extendable for a further period subject to the satisfactory performance of the incumbent and the continuation of the project.
IISER Pune Project Associate-II Job Description
- Job Requirements for Post No. 1: The incumbent will be responsible for operating and handling FESEM, micro / nano-patterning instrumentation, and Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) systems for advanced material characterization and fabrication.
- Job Requirements for Post No. 2: The incumbent will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of Liquid Helium Plant and various cryogenic systems.
Important Instructions
- The appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation.
- Appointed persons shall have no claim of appointment or absorption in IISER Pune.
- Photocopies of relevant certificates, testimonials in support of age, educational qualifications, experiences, and a recent passport-size color photograph will be collected and verified at an appropriate stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing for the interview.
- Bringing any political or other influence will be treated as a disqualification.
- Upper age limit, educational qualification, and experience shall be determined as of the last date for submitting applications (25.10.2026).
