- Educational Qualification: MBA degree with First Class from a recognised university/institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in administrative and management-related activities, preferably in an educational institution.
- Skills and Competencies: Good communication and public relations skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word). Experience in administrative coordination, office management, record maintenance and organisational support.
- Preferred Profile: An experienced Management Assistant with a strong background in administration, excellent interpersonal skills, public speaking abilities and the capacity to coordinate multiple administrative activities efficiently.
- Relaxation: SC/ST candidates may be given a 5% relaxation of marks.
