Jind District Court Stenographer Grade III Important Instructions
- Only ORIGINAL APPLICATION(s) alongwith copies of requisite documents shall be accepted.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after due date or before the date of advertisement shall be rejected out-rightly without any communication. Rejection list will be uploaded on the official website.
- No correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained in respect of incomplete applications or those which are received in this office after due date or before the date of advertisement.
- Candidates working in Government Departments, Semi Government Departments, any Corporation or any Board are required to apply through proper channel.
- No TA/DA is admissible to any candidates appearing in the test/interview for the post mentioned above.

- Take a printout of the application form and fill in all mandatory fields including name, father's/husband's name, date of birth, age as on 01.07.2026, gender, category, nationality, permanent address, correspondence address, academic qualifications, experience, and contact number/e-mail ID.
- Affix a latest passport-size coloured photograph on the designated space of the application form.
- Attach copies of requisite certificates along with two self-addressed properly stamped envelopes.
