How the Ranked List Was Prepared
- Test: marks from the OMR Test.
- Practical marks: labelled "Prac" in the Wayanad list. The Kasaragod list shows this column without a heading.
- Wtg: extra marks added for some candidates, for example 1.94, 4.85, 8.00, 8.73, 9.70 and 14.55.
- Remarks: some entries carry NCC, SP or EX. The notifications do not explain these abbreviations.
- Candidates are arranged in order of merit based on the OMR Test held on 25.02.2026 and the Physical Measurement and Practical Test held in July 2026. The total shown against each candidate is the sum of the test marks, the practical marks and, where applicable, an extra weightage figure.
Important Instructions for Candidates – Rechecking of answer scripts
- Revaluation is not allowed, but answer scripts are rechecked on application.
- Apply only through your One Time Registration profile on www.keralapsc.gov.in.
- Fee: Rs. 85, paid by e-payment. Fees are not refunded.
- Time allowed: 15 days from the date the ranked list is uploaded on the website.
- Only one chance is available. Rechecking of answer scripts invalidated due to any defect is not considered.
- Applications by email, post or in person are not accepted.
Photocopy of OMR answer sheets
- Apply online through your One Time Registration profile.
- Fee: Rs. 335, paid by e-payment.
- Last date: 13.10.2026.
- A copy is issued only once. Copies of sheets invalidated due to a defect are not issued.
- Applying for a copy of someone else's answer sheet can lead to legal proceedings.
Wrong community entry
- The community column is based on the details in the application form, as proved by documents. If your community is not correctly noted, inform the District Officer, Kerala PSC District Office, within one month of the date of publication of the ranked list. Otherwise, you will be advised as incorporated in the list.
Relinquishing your claim
- Submit the application in the format prescribed by the Commission, available on its website.
- Address it to the District Officer, Kerala PSC District Office: Kasaragod, 671121, or Wayanad, 673122.
- The format must be attested by a Gazetted Officer of State or Central Government, with a Notarized Affidavit and a self-attested copy of a photo ID proof.
- Requests received within 15 days of publication are honoured against pending requisitions up to finalisation of the list. After that, a request is considered only if received on or before the date of receipt of the vacancy on which the candidate is to be advised.
- Requests not in the prescribed format are not honoured.
OMR script retention
- Parts A and B of the OMR scripts are destroyed after 6 months from the date of finalisation of the ranked list.
