- Professional qualifications, with rows for D.Ed./BTC/JBT/D.El.Ed./B.Ed. etc., B.Ed., M.Ed., CTET or equivalent and any other.
- Experience: school or institution served, its affiliation number with CBSE or another recognised board, post held, classes taught, period (MM/YY) and completed months.
- Proficiency in games, sports, music, art, debate or quiz, proficiency in languages, total number of enclosures and the signed declaration.

- Candidates report at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Kimin from 8:30 AM on 4 November 2026 and submit the filled application form. Original certificates and documents are verified at the time of the interview, and the selection panel is prepared on the basis of merit.
