CENTRE OF BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH Ph.D. Program (Science) August - 202 6 Session SHORTLISTING CRITERIA: An applicant must fulfill the criteria listed in the table below in order to be eligible to be called for the interview. Method adopted out of 1, 2 or 3 as per General Guidelines for Admission in Academic Programs at AcSIR: S.N. Category (separate criteria for each category in case Method 3 is adopted) Shortlisting Criteria (Category - wise) 1. General/EWS Master’s degree in science in one of following disciplines: 1. Chemical Sciences 2. Biological Sciences 3. Physical Sciences Shortlisting of candidates is based on method 1 from the AcSIR guidelines. Applicants' qualifications and secured Valid Fellowship (JRF/SRF of various funding agencies, e.g., CSIR, UGC, DBT, DST, ICMR, etc., or INSPIRE or other equivalent fellowships) are prerequisites . 2.
