How to Register for MCC NEET PG 2026 Counselling

  • Open the MCC website. Go to mcc.nic.in and click the "PG Medical Counselling" tab.
  • Register as a new candidate. Choose "New Candidate Registration". Enter your NEET PG roll number, application number, name and date of birth exactly as on your admit card, then create your login.
  • Pay the registration fee and security deposit online. Payment is by net banking, credit card or debit card. The fee is non-refundable, and MCC announces the fee and deposit amounts with the schedule.
  • Fill and lock your choices. After registration closes, MCC releases the merit list. Choose your colleges and courses in order of preference, then lock them before the deadline.
  • Check your seat allotment and report. Check the result on the MCC portal. Download the allotment letter and report to the allotted college with your original documents within the given time. If you are not satisfied, you can take part in the later rounds (Round 2, mop-up and stray vacancy), as the rules allow.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Check the registration deadline and payment deadline separately because the closing times are different.
  • Complete choice filling and choice locking within the specified window for the relevant counselling round.
  • Check the seat allotment result according to the round-wise schedule.
  • Candidates continuing with an allotted seat should follow the reporting and joining dates applicable to that round.

How to Apply Online

  1. Open the official notice using the link in Important Links and read it fully.
  2. Check eligibility: qualification, age limit (and relaxation), and the last date.
  3. Register on the official website of MCC NEET PG and fill the form carefully.

  5. Pay the fee if one applies, submit, and keep a printout of the final form.
