The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 3 seat matrix on September 24, 2026 at its official website

Visit mcc.nic.in and log in using your NEET roll number and password.
Complete registration and pay the required fee (till the last date and time).
Go to the "Available Choices" section on your dashboard.
Select colleges/courses in order of preference from the left-side basket.
Save and review your choice list.
Lock your choices before the deadline - unlocked choices are auto-locked as per the MCC schedule.
Take a printout of your locked choice list for reference.

Candidates already holding a confirmed Round 2 seat who get an upgraded seat in Round 3 must collect a relieving letter from their earlier college and join the new college immediately; their previous seat is then released to another candidate.
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 who fail to join will be barred from participating in the subsequent Stray Vacancy Round.
Candidates who do not register or fill choices during the registration window will not be considered for allotment in that round.
Always verify seat details directly from the official mcc.nic.in PDF before finalizing your choice list, as seat availability can change with each round.

Visit the official website mcc.nic.in.
Click on the "UG Medical Counselling" section.
Go to "Current Events" or "Round 3 Counselling Updates".
Select "Clear Vacancy Round 3", "Virtual Vacancy Round 3" or "Newly Added Seats Round 3" as needed.
Download the relevant PDF.
Use Ctrl+F to search for your preferred state, institute, course or category.
Note down the eligible seats before filling your Round 3 choices.
