MIT Manipal Research Associate Job Description
- Isolate, culture, expand and characterise mesenchymal stem cells.
- Seed cells on 3D scaffolds and assess cell viability, proliferation and differentiation.
- Conduct in-vitro assays, animal handling, surgical procedures, histology and imaging, as required by the project.
- Analyse data and assist in preparing project reports and manuscripts.
- The Research Associate will contribute to the project evaluating the regenerative potential of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) seeded on 3D scaffolds in preclinical models. The listed responsibilities are:
