- Conceptualise, edit and deliver high-quality short-form and long-form video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Transform scripts, ideas, raw footage and creative briefs into compelling visual stories aligned with communication objectives.
- Lead end-to-end post-production, including video editing, motion graphics, colour correction and grading, sound design, compositing and visual effects.
- Create platform-native video content optimised for different formats, audiences and digital platforms.
- Use AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve video production workflows, enhance creative possibilities and accelerate turnaround time.
- Experiment with generative AI and other emerging video technologies for ideation, visual creation, animation, enhancement and post-production.
- Develop strong visual treatments, transitions, graphics and storytelling techniques to improve the overall quality and impact of video content.
- Work closely with content, research, design and creative teams to translate communication requirements into effective video narratives.
- Maintain high standards of visual consistency, technical quality, accuracy and brand alignment across all video outputs.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced content environment.
- Stay updated with evolving video formats, editing styles, social media trends, AI tools and developments in digital content production.

Probation and Contract Terms
- Selected candidates will remain under probation for the first 3 months from the date of joining. It is not mandatory for MyGov to absorb candidates or offer a regular contract after the probation period. The period of probation can be reduced or increased by MyGov and shall be solely based upon your performance. After successful completion of the initial contract period, a regular contract will be given.
