Who Can Apply
- Director: Officers under Central/State Governments/UT Administrations/Universities/Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous/Semi-Government/Statutory organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR with 5 years regular service in level 11. Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Applied Anthropology, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, or Mathematics (with statistics), along with 8 years experience in conducting survey or research in social welfare.
- Law Officer: Officers holding analogous posts, OR with 5 years regular service in level 10, OR with 6 years regular service in level 8. Must possess Master’s degree in law with 5 years teaching/research experience, OR Bachelor's degree in law with 7 years teaching/research experience, OR 7 years service in State Judicial Service, OR 7 years practice as an Advocate under Advocates Act, 1961.
- Assistant Director: Officers holding analogous posts, OR with 2 years regular service in level 8. Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Applied Anthropology, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, or Mathematics (with statistics), along with 3 years experience in conducting survey or research in social welfare.
- Research Officer: Officers holding analogous posts, OR with 2 years regular service in level 7. Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Applied Anthropology, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, or Mathematics (with statistics), along with 2 years experience in conducting survey or research in social welfare.
- Accountant: Senior Secretariat Assistants of Central Secretariat Clerical Service with 8 years regular service and training in Cash and Accounts work from Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent with 2 years experience in cash, accounts and budget work; OR officers holding analogous posts, OR with 6 years regular service in level 5, OR with 8 years regular service in level 4, along with training in cash and accounts work and 2 years experience.
