- Significant experience in works management and maintenance of residential colonies in large educational, industrial or other organisations.
- At least 10 years of administrative experience in works management in an industrial or other organisation.
- At least 10 years of administrative experience in co-ordinating and supervising the activities of a works department.

ANDUAT Joint Director Seed & Farm Qualification

- 12 years of experience in managing farm operation and farm administration.
