| Research Associate I | PhD/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. Expertise in handling human samples/cohorts, human Immunology, multi-colour high parameter flowcytometry analysis and genomics is necessary. Candidates who have completed their viva-voce examination may apply. | Experience with analysis of antigen-specific T cells, single-cell multiomics experiments, omics data analysis, and immune cell culture. Ability to perform both wet lab experiments and bioinformatic analysis (writing custom codes in R). |
- Candidates must possess the required academic background and research exposure specified for the project.
Pay and Tenure
- The selected candidate will receive consolidated emoluments of Rs. 58,000/- per month plus 27% HRA as per DST OM dated 26.06.2023 and Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications and experience. The appointment is on a contract basis for one year or for the duration of the project (tenable up to 12.09.2027), whichever is shorter, at a time.
