Pay and Terms
- Faculty members are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Transport Allowance, and other allowances applicable to Central Government Employees. NIT Warangal provides a residential campus with suitable accommodation subject to availability, or House Rent Allowance otherwise. Other benefits include Reimbursement of Children Education Allowance, Reimbursement of Medical expenses including cashless treatment at Warangal and Hyderabad, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), National Pension Scheme (unless governed by CCS Pension Rules), Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA) amounting to Rs. 3 lakh, and an initial research seed grant of Rs. 5 lakh for newly recruited faculty members.
Documents Required
- Matriculation / 10th Standard or equivalent certificate as Age Proof.
- Higher Secondary / Class XII (or equivalent) board marksheet.
- Degree certificates of UG and PG along with marksheets for all academic years.
- Ph.D. degree or Provisional Certificate or Notification of Ph.D. award.
- Category Certificate (SC/ST, OBC-NCL issued on or after 1 April 2026, EWS Income and Asset Certificate for Financial Year 2026–2027) in Government of India format, if applicable.
- Disability / Medical certificate with UDID certificate, if applicable.
- Photo Identity Card issued by a Government agency or last attended institution.
- Experience Certificate(s) from the Head(s) of Organization(s) indicating Pay Level, Basic Pay, duration, and duties.
- Research Statement and Teaching Statement.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) for employed candidates at the time of presentation or interview.
