- Qualification: A degree from a recognised university. Nine years experience in executive cadre in the field of General Administration, Personnel, Industrial Relations etc. in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.
- Experience: Nine years experience in executive cadre in the field of General Administration, Personnel, Industrial Relations etc. in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.
- Age limit: Maximum 40 years
Other conditions
- Only eligible and willing officers of Major Port Authorities can apply, through proper channel.
- Eligibility is determined as on the last date of receipt of the application, 28-11-2026.
Desirable
- Post Graduate degree/diploma in personnel management/industrial relations/social work/labour welfare or allied subjects or degree in Law from a recognised institution/university.
Who Cannot Apply for NMPA Recruitment 2026
- Applications without the requisite documents, received after 14-12-2026, will not be considered.
Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Deputation period is 3 years, extendable to 4 years.
- In exceptional circumstances it can be extended to 5 years.
- The officer can opt for the pay fixed in the deputation post, or for the pay of the parent department plus deputation allowance.
