Login Details Needed to Download the Admit Card
- You need the credentials created during online registration: your Registration Number or Roll Number, and your Password or Date of Birth. If you applied for two streams, only your latest registration number is printed on the call letter, and one roll number is generated for administrative purposes. The names of both posts are printed on it.

PFRDA Grade A Phase 1 Exam Pattern 2026
- Phase 1 is an online objective test with two papers. Paper 1 is common to all streams. Paper 2 tests stream-specific subjects. Together the two papers carry 200 marks.

- Paper 1 is 60 minutes long, so the total test time is 100 minutes. Expect to spend about 160 minutes at the venue, which includes login, call letter collection and reading instructions.
Marking Scheme and Language
- All questions are multiple choice with five options and one correct answer.
- For every wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question is deducted.
- All papers except the English Language section are bilingual, in Hindi and English. Rajbhasha Paper 2 questions are in Hindi and/or English.
- An answer counts for evaluation only if you click "Save & Next" or "Mark for Review & Next".

Documents to Carry to the PFRDA Grade A Exam Centre
- Printed Phase 1 call letter with a recent passport-size photograph pasted on it (preferably the same photo uploaded during registration)
- Original, currently valid photo identity proof
- One photocopy of the same photo ID
- A ball-point pen and an ink stamp pad

- A Ration Card and a Learner's Driving Licence are not accepted as ID proof.
Name Mismatch Rule
- The name on your call letter must exactly match the name on your photo ID. A mismatch can lead to being refused entry. Candidates who have changed their name, including after marriage, are allowed only if they produce a Gazette notification, a marriage certificate or an affidavit.
PFRDA Grade A Exam-Day Instructions
- Note the date, reporting time and venue address printed on your call letter. Late comers are not allowed.
- You may visit the exam venue a day before to confirm its location.
- Calculators, books, notebooks, written notes, mobile phones and other electronic devices are not allowed.
- Follow the instructions of the Test Administrator and the PFRDA representative at all times.
- Ask doubts to the Test Administrator only before the exam starts. No queries are answered after it begins.
- Do not press any keyboard key once the exam starts, as this can lock the exam.
- You cannot click "Final Submit" until the full test time is used. Answers are saved automatically when the time ends.
- You will get one sheet of paper for rough work. After the exam, drop this sheet, your call letter and the ID photocopy (stapled together with the call letter) in the designated drop box.
- Unfair means can lead to disqualification and debarment. Candidates are advised to note the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
- In case of a technical or administrative problem, PFRDA will try to resolve it. A re-exam is at the exam body's discretion, and candidates cannot claim one.

- Recheck your registration number or roll number and your password or date of birth.
- Try again after some time, or use a different browser or device.
- If your name, photo, signature, category, post or centre details look wrong, contact PFRDA before the exam date.
- Use the contact details given in the official recruitment notification or on the call letter. A helpdesk number or email is not listed in the sources used for this article.
