PSSSB Craft Instructor Exam Date 2026
- The written exam for all candidates who applied under Advt. No. 03/2026 will be conducted from 06/10/2026 to 13/10/2026. The exam is offline and will be held at various exam centres throughout Punjab.
PSSSB Craft Instructor Admit Card 2026
- The PSSSB Craft Instructor Admit Card 2026 was released on 03/10/2026. Candidates should download it from the official website, www.sssb.punjab.gov.in, and check the exam date, time and centre printed on it before the exam.
PSSSB Craft Instructor Vacancy 2026
- A total of 681 vacancies will be filled in two categories: 250 posts for Degree/Diploma holders and 431 posts for NTC/NAC holders. The official notification PDF contains the full category-wise distribution.
Educational Qualification (as on 30/07/2026) – Craft Instructor (Degree/Diploma) posts
- 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system from a recognized School/Board.
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree/B.Voc in the concerned engineering discipline from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution with 1 year of relevant industry or teaching experience, OR a 3-year relevant Diploma from AICTE/a recognized Board of Technical Education with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Degree/Diploma holders must acquire the National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in the relevant trade within 3 years of appointment, failing which their service will be discontinued.
Craft Instructor (NTC/NAC) posts
- 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system.
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.
- National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in the relevant trade.
- 3 years of relevant industry or teaching experience.

- The exam is offline (written), and each wrong answer carries a 1/4 mark deduction.
- Keep your original educational, technical and category certificates ready for document verification after the exam.
