S. no. Page No. Clause Clarification (Query) Reply of the Bank 1 46 7.2. Minimum Eligibility Criteria - Point No. 8 Please clarify whether, if the bidder proposes its own DMS solution for this project, the bidder can provide the MAF as the OEM. Yes 2 46 7.4. Technical Bids (Marks Distribution) - Point No. 2 Please clarify whether, in case the bidder has executed a large project in which DMS was one of the components, the bidder can submit the corresponding PO for consideration. Yes 3 45 7.2. Minimum Eligibility Criteria - Point No. 6 We request NHB to kindly allow bidders to propose their own OEM- owned DMS solution, provided it meets all the functional and technical requirements of the RFP.
