Who Can Apply
- IRSEE officers of SAG/HAG level
- Not more than 57 years of age as on last date of submission of application
- Must have passed 5 years of annual performance appraisal reports (APARs) with required grading (OS-5, VG-4, G-3, G+F-3.5, Av-2, BA-1)
- Must submit Vigilance/DAR clearance and APARs for the past 05 years through proper channel
Pay and Terms
- The selected Chief Executive Officer will receive the 7th CPC Matrix level- 14 & 15. As per Railway Board guidelines, the employee is entitled to parent pay plus deputation allowance and other perks as admissible on deputation. RITES will be providing Company/Leased Accommodation as per entitlement to the officer who joins RITES on deputation.
- The normal tenure of deputation shall be 3 (three) years, which may be extended depending upon the requirement and performance. The Ministry of Railways has conveyed approval for continuance of officers on deputation on exemption from the rule of immediate absorption to RITES for a period of three years beyond 31.08.2023 vide letters No. 2008/PL/45/04 Pt. dated 02.08.2024 and 20.12.2024.
