Nature and Length of the Engagement
- The engagement of Teaching Assistant is purely provisional and on daily wage basis, for a maximum period of 360 days.
- For candidates selected without NET/PhD, the engagement is limited to 179 days or one academic session, whichever is shorter.
- The engagement as Teaching Assistant on daily wage basis will be governed by the relevant university rules and regulations from time to time.

- Candidates report at the Dean’s Chamber, VKIDFT, Mannuthy at 10.00 AM on 20 November 2026. The walk-in interview is conducted at 11.00 AM the same day, and the originals brought by candidates are used for verification.
Important Instructions
- The engagement shall stand terminated upon unauthorized absence / leave period extending beyond 15 days.
- The engagement will be terminated on short notice or when a regular hand or candidate recruited through Employment Exchange joins, whichever is earlier.
- The engagement shall not entitle the candidate to any claim for future permanent posting in KVASU.
- The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post notified, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
