- Candidates from the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organizations, PSUs, Universities, or Recognized Research Institutions must meet the following qualifications:
Essential Educational Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Social Sciences or relevant areas from a recognized University or equivalent.
- An eminent scholar with a good publication record.
Essential Deputation Criteria
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- With five years of service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 5,400/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or
- With six years of service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in the Pay Band-2 Rs. 9,300-34,800 and Grade Pay Rs. 4,800/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
- Possessing qualification and experience in labour-related research, training, teaching, education project coordination, and management.
- Officers of the Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organizations, PSUs, University, or Recognized Research Institution fulfilling any of the following service conditions:
Desirable Qualifications
- Proven ability in different areas of pedagogic analysis.
- Proven capacity in creating labour information on/skills sets.
- Research papers in reputed journals and/or major national and/or international seminars.
- Proven record of organizing/coordinating research teams.
