- Young India Skills University (YISU) was set up in Hyderabad under the Young India Skills University, Telangana (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2024 (Act No. 13 of 2024 of the Government of Telangana) to bridge the gap between industry needs and academic offerings. - Provide technical support for computers, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi, and AV equipment.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, email setup, and provide day-to-day IT support to faculty, staff, and administration.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT infrastructure maintenance and AMC services.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and provide documentation and reports.
- Support during university events, meetings, and online sessions.
- Perform any other IT-related tasks as assigned by the University authorities.
