To, The President, Governing Body, Janapriya College, Baniapara, Dist-Ba rpeta. Sub: Regarding permission for advertisement for th e post of regular Principal. Ref: 1. This office letter E Comp. No.405651/2024 da ted 24-06-2024. 2. Your letter No. JPC/1182025/504 dated 24-10-20 25. Sir, With reference to the subject cited above, I woul d like to inform you that you are allowed to re-advertise for the post of regular Principal in your college as per existing UGC Rules and Govt. Notification/OM/Guidelines. Moreover, you should insert the clause in the sai d advertisement that "The term of Principal shall be of 5(five) years" and the adverti sement must be published in two leading Daily Newspapers of Assam and also to uploa d the same in the concerned College/University website with minimum 15(fifteen) days time for submission of application.
