\ DISHA STRATEGY ADVERTTSEMENT tuo. ;oJSd a I C 6>f rcz6f oZt .! Dated: 12 .c€,>6. Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS) intends to fill the post of Cluster Prevention Officer (CPO) on purely contractual basis under HSACS at DISHA Cluster, District Faridabad for the period up to 37.03.2027 which will be renewed on yeai-to-year basis on assessrnent of performance of the candidates as per guidelines received from NACO time to time. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization, MOHFW and Govt. of lndia guidelines issued from time to time, Desirous candidate should send their applications form (offline only) along with self-attested photo copies of certificates/testimonials/Experience Certificate at District AIDS Control Officer, TB Department, O/o Civil Surgeon, Faridabad by 24.05.2025 till 4:00 P.M. working days (Monday to Friday). Original certificates/testimonials shall be verified at the time of documents verification.
