Nature and Tenure of the Post
- The post is purely temporary, on a contractual basis, for a period not exceeding 11 months. The tenure is 11 months from the date of joining or until the filling of the regular post, whichever is earlier.

Important Instructions
- The engagement will be terminated automatically after completion of 11 months or the filling of regular staff by the university, whichever is earlier.
- The person engaged shall have no claim to any regular appointment in the University or any government organisation, and no right to further continuation of contractual service.
- Concealing facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification at the time of selection or termination even during the contractual engagement period.
- The contractual engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
- The person engaged may leave the contractual service by giving one month's notice; otherwise one month's salary must be paid before leaving.
- No T.A. and D.A. will be given to candidates appearing for the interview.
- The Associate Dean of the college has the right to cancel or postpone the interview for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances.
