Tenure and Terms
- The position of Teaching Associate is purely temporary and contractual on a contractual basis, not exceeding for a period of 11 months. The tenure is 11 months from date of joining/filling of regular post, whichever is earlier.

What Happens on the Day
- Candidates must register their names before 9:30 AM on 23.10.2026 at Agricultural College, Bapatla. The selection process involves a walk-in interview. Selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own expenses as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment.
Important Instructions
- The individual is engaged purely on temporary and contractual basis for a period not exceeding 11 months and will be terminated automatically after completion of 11 months or filling of regular staff by University, whichever is earlier.
- The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right to claim for any regular appointment in University / any government organization.
- The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right for further continuation of contractual service.
- Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature at the time of selection (or) termination even during the contractual engagement period.
- Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
- The engaged persons may also leave the contractual service on their own by giving one-month notice, otherwise to be paid one-month salary before leaving.
- No T.A. & D.A. will be given to the candidates appearing for interview.
- The decision of the selection committee for the above post will be final and binding in all respects.
