Contact Number: 7. Alternate Contact Number: 8. Apprenticeship applied for [Degree in General Streams]: (BA BSc/ BCom) 9. Educational Qualifications: ) Name of Institution & Address: (ii) Date of Passing [2020/2021/2022]: (Candidates who passed the qualifying examinations before the year 2020 are not eligible) ii) Percentage of Marks obtained (overal): CGPA/Grade or any other form are to be converted to percentage, else application will be summarily rejected) 10.
