- Well conversant with computer packages namely Windows, i.e. Word, Excel course of DOEACC or equivalent from any Govt. / Recognized private institute, with good working knowledge of Computer and internet/E-mail.

- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. The essential qualification for the Data Entry Operator post has three parts:
- Age limit: 18 to 40 years. The minimum and maximum age limits apply as on the publishing date of the advertisement. The notice does not mention any age relaxation.
- Preference: Preference may be given to candidates with higher qualifications, superior academic credentials, additional relevant experience or any other desirable criteria, as determined by the Client/Principal Employer. Preference may also be given to local candidates and/or candidates with relevant experience in the same or similar department, subject to the requirements of the Client/Principal Employer.
- Not eligible: Candidates previously engaged by BECIL and/or the Client are not eligible if their services were terminated, discontinued or not renewed on account of disciplinary action, misconduct, unsatisfactory performance or violation of contractual terms.
