BOB Job Description
- The detailed roles and responsibilities are appended to the official notification. However, Bank reserves the right to modify and/or include any of the KRA(s) for any of the positions from time to time. Only Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India, should apply. The place of posting will be at Mumbai, subject to the Bank's right to modify the location of posting as per its business requirement.
Post-wise Details – Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Engagement is for an initial period of 03 years, renewable/extended for 1 year each up to a total of 5 years maximum.
- Remuneration will be offered based on candidate's qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark.

- Personal Interview
- Compensation negotiation
- Minimum qualifying marks in Personal Interview is 60% for General and EWS, and 55% for reserved categories.
