BSPP Advocate Eligibility 2026
- The applicant must be an L.L.B. degree holder (approved by Bar Council of India) from a recognized university.
- He or she should be a practicing advocate at the Patna High Court.
- The advocate should have adequate setup and infrastructure to deal with the cases.
- The advocate shall not appear against the BSPP in any matter before any forum, court or tribunal.

How to Apply for BSPP Advocate Recruitment 2026
- Prepare the application in the format enclosed with the notice. It asks for your name, correspondence address, mobile number, email ID, educational qualification, and location and court of practice, along with your enrollment and experience details.
- Type the application on A4 size paper and keep all pages in serial order.
- Sign every page, and fill in the place, date, and your name and address at the end of the form. Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be considered invalid.
- Put the hard copy and the complete set of supporting documents in an envelope and seal it.
