RASNANIPRA Panel Advocate for Supreme Court of Delhi Job Description
- Appearing before the Hon. Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, on behalf of the State Cooperative Election Authority and Election Officers authorized by the Authority.
- Presenting arguments, defending the Authority, and managing election dispute cases filed in the Supreme Court.
- Conducting and handling legal matters relating to cooperative election disputes, appeals, revision applications, and writ petitions.
Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Case-wise advocate fee as prescribed by the Authority from time to time; no other financial benefits are payable.
