The National Testing Agency has been entrusted with the responsibilities of conducting the Recruitment for the Post of Examiner of Patents and Designs in the Patent Office by conducting the All - India Competitive Examination by the Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry , Government of India. The aforesaid examination is being conducted in three phases as per the following details: The Preliminary Exam (Phase 1) and Mains Examination (Paper I and Paper II) i.e. Phase 2 have already been conducted.
