- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Other Eligibility Conditions: Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam. The candidate must belong to the Nazira Revenue Circle area under Sivasagar district where the vacant mouza is situated, as local permanent residency is mandatory. The applicant must be financially sound and capable of providing landed property and fixed cash security as per the prescribed rules of the government. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in mouza administration.
