National TestingAgency ExcellenceinAssessment (An Autonomous Organization undertheDepartment of Higher Education,Ministry of Education,Government of India) Press Release 20 April 2026 Subject.:Declaration of theResult/NTA Scores for the Joint EntranceExamination JEE (Main)-2026) of Paper1 (B.E. / B.Tech.)-reg. The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) to the NTA from 2019 onwards. For Academic Session 2026-27, NTA conducted the JEE (Main)-2026 in two Sessions i.e. Session 1 (January 2026) and Session 2 (April 2026) as per the details given below: Examination Paper Session Dates of the Examination JointEntrance Session 1 21,22,23,24and28January2026 Paper 1 (B.E. / B.Tech.) Examination (Main) - 2026 Session 2 02,04,05,06and08April2026 Paper 1 (B.E. / B.Tech.) Paper 1 (B.E. /B.Tech.)was completely conducted in the CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode.
