District Project Livelihood College Solar Panel Installation Technician Job Description
- Conduct continuous training for trainees enrolled in the Solar Panel Installation Technician course as per the target set by the state office.
- Perform community mobilization and counseling of trainees.
- Ensure placement of trainees within 03 months after training completion.
- Maintain attendance, continuous training records, and document verification as scheduled.
Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Post is purely temporary, for up to 12 months, and may be extended based on performance.
- Selected candidate must join within 7 days of the selection notice.
- Selected candidate without ToT certification must obtain it at own cost within 1 month of selection.
- Engagement may end if the training sector does not run or if work is unsatisfactory.
